Scale Guide
We offer most models at more than one size. This guide explains the scale each designer sculpts at, and the sizes we can print for you. Tap a heading bar to expand it. Sizes are named by figure height, measured to the eye of an upright figure, so a lower or more active sculpt can measure differently at the same scale.
+ Weird War and historical miniatures (Kyoushuneko)
Sculpted at a true 28mm to the eye. This range is labelled with both the figure height and the matching scale ratio, for example 28mm (1/56).
- 15mm (1/100). Mass battle games.
- 23mm (1/72). 1/72 and 20mm historical armies, vehicles, and terrain.
- 28mm (1/56). The original size and standard tabletop scale, compatible with 1/56 and 1/64.
- 32mm (1/48). Larger heroic gaming.
- 40mm (1/45). Oversized gaming and display.
- 54mm (1/32). Display and collector scale.
- 60mm (1/30). Large display.
Vehicles and large kits are scaled in proportion to the designer's original model, which can differ from the exact dimensions of a specific real world vehicle at a given ratio. Message us for exact measurements before ordering.
+ Fantasy ranges
Our fantasy ranges are offered at heroic 28mm and 32mm.
- Highlands, Kyoushuneko Fantasy, Lost Kingdom, and White Werewolf Tavern are sculpted at 32mm, the original size, with a 28mm version available, scaled down to sit alongside 28mm collections.
- The Printing Goes Ever On is sculpted at 30mm, the original size, with both 28mm and 32mm versions available.
+ Custom scaling
Need a size or ratio not listed, or an exact match for a specific project? Message us and we will scale any model to order.
Because these ranges span several years of releases, scale can vary slightly between sculpts, with older models running a little smaller. The ratio shown for the historical range is the recognized scale that size is known by. We lead with the millimetre figure, which is exact.
