The bust from White Werewolf Tavern's Hexes & Hauntings release, supplied hollowed as three prints for assembly: bust body with cape, head with hair and arm, and the stand. One size, the original scale of the file: the bust is 120 mm tall. The mounted Headless Horsewoman miniature is sold separately.
