Was well protected in shipping and arrived free of damage. clean-up was very easy except for the wings but I feel that is just a fault of the model having large heavy wings (at 120mm) needing alot of supports, so not a fault of the seller. The 120mm is quite large, taking up more space on a shelf than I expected. would recommend the 75mm version if you are low on display space.
