A Sunland Renaissance-era general on griffon centerpiece miniature featuring an armored male rider seated astride a massive fully feathered griffon in a wide dramatic rearing pose with both eagle talons raised — one extended forward with open claws and one tucked beneath the body — and large fully extended feathered wings spread wide to either side, the griffon featuring a large eagle head with a heavy curved beak, a round armored helm plate with a central spike mounted over the head, a wide decorative armored peytral chest plate with engraved scrollwork and riveted panel detailing, a fully feathered eagle upper body with dense individual primary and secondary feather detailing on the wings and body, and a muscular lion lower body with a long tufted tail.
The rider wears a full plate armor suit with a fluted breastplate, wide pauldrons, articulated arm and leg plating, and a tall plumed helmet with large swept feathered wings mounted at either side of the crown, standing upright in the saddle with one arm raised high gripping a large war hammer with a wide square flat head held aloft overhead and the other arm extended at the side for balance, with the full assembly mounted on a wide flat rectangular base sized for standard 28–32mm scale compatibility.
